A Sydney hospital has been forced to close several wards following a gastro outbreak.
Concord Hospital has shut three wards after 10 patients have been struck down with what is believed to be norovirus.
The patients presented the symptoms of vomiting and diarrhoea.
A spokesperson from the Sydney Local Health District has said that the wards have been closed to further admission as a precaution.
"The patients have been relocated to single rooms and are undergoing testing for norovirus," the spokesperson said.
